John Mihailov - President and Founder As President of Rogue Data Corporation, Mr. Mihailov and his team have developed a world class transaction exchange engine that is licensed by Canada Customs to process electronic clearance transactions for commercial goods imported into Canada. Working with North American partners, he is currently developing innovative strategies to help importers and carriers in the United States process internationally compliant clearance transactions. In addition, Mr. Mihailov has pioneered Canada's first 'hosted' EDI and XML supply chain network for most of the largest hospitals in Canada. Designing e-health strategies for processing Pan-Canadian electronic health records, he is currently developing options for governments to exchange vital health records between jurisdictions. Mr. Mihailov carries a great passion for China. In recent years, he is regularly invited to provide training and expert advice on supply chain and logistics automation to private sector and academic interests in Shanghai, Beijing and Wuhan. A former senior consultant to the UNDP, Chief of Information Management for the Canadian International Development Agency and Policy Adviser for Public Works (the procurement organization for the Canadian Federal Government), John brings 25 years of national and international experience in workflow automation. He has a degree in Public Administration from Carleton University.
