Our Start: Rogue Data was incorporated in December of 1996 in Ottawa, Ontario. After extensive R&D development, establishment of test sites and beta clients, the company commenced commercial efforts in September 2000. RDC systematically roles out innovative workflow, security network solutions.

Our Journey to Date: The company released its first product in October 1998 at Canada Customs and Revenue, which has sinced processed over 500 million critical customs transactions. In September 2000, the company launched Server Lite at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa. Also in 2001, Rogue Data launched Express, Canada's first Internet based EDI and XML at St. Joseph's Healthcare Center and Sunnybrook & Women's hospital in Toronto. Shared Healthcare Supply Service uses Rogue Data to support over 45,000 transactions for Mt. Sinai, Toronto General Hospital and University Health Network.

Working with the Government of Nunavut, we launched the first inter-community, distributed Income Support system across the Canadian High Arctic.

We are developing strategic relationships to franchise our service offerings in China.

Where We Are Today: We are working in several markets:

Income Support:

• We allow Income Support workers in remote communities assess and pay clients using a system that coordinates service delivery centrally, across Nunavut.
• Dedicated workbench provides comprehensive and secure access to workers based on their allowable authority rights and privelages.
• Services are hosted in secure servers managed remotely by RDC in cooperation with the Territorial Government .

Healthcare Supply Chain:

• We allow hospitals to 'talk' to healthcare suppliers in a way that reduces the cost of healthcare.
• We operate one of Canada’s few EDI and XML based transaction networks.
• We power one of the most advanced multi-hospital E-Requisition systems in Canada.
• Hospitals are able to demonstrate leadership in e-supply chain in a market where portals and expensive custom EDI and XML systems dominate.

E-Health and Social Service System Delivery:

• We provide AS2 compliant data exchange with the largest of Canadian Healthcare Distributers
• We provide punch out and XML data exchange with several vendors on behalf of our hospital clients
• RDC supports the Government of Nunavut with advance electronic services delivery designs for important social services and healthcare services.
• In partnership with EDS Global Services, we are subject matter experts in data exchange in the areas of iEHR and Diagnostic Imaging, including the development of advanced gateway technologies to support HL7 v3 compliant data exchange.

International Trade Logistics and Customs Clearance:

• CustomsNet provides secure interaction between Brokers and CBSA; we help logistics companies transact with Canada Customs and help Canada Customs process its own customs documents.
• The same technology is core to processing a billion dollars worth of commercial electronic customs transactions entering Canada each day!

RDC China:

• We are on the verge of bringing China and Canada closer together in areas of trade and logistics.
• In China, the company is developing strategic relationships in education and supply chain services in Shanghai and Beijing.
• RDC provides subject matter expertise in E-Commerce training, having provided several e-commerce training programs to Chinese and JV multinational companies in Shanghai, China.
